Case notes

Recent work, described honestly

Six treatments from the last year, with the number of visits each took. Every mouth differs, so treat these as examples rather than promises.

  • Cosmetic

Two veneers after a hockey chip

A Barrie patient chipped an upper incisor. Two custom porcelain veneers restored the edge and matched the shade of the neighbouring teeth.

    Three appointments

  • Whitening

    In-office whitening before a wedding

Years of coffee had dulled the front teeth. A single in-office session and custom take-home trays lifted the shade several steps.

    One appointment, plus trays

  • Restorative

    Crown over a treated molar

A cracked molar was treated with root canal therapy, then protected with a full porcelain crown. Chewing function returned without discomfort.

    Two appointments

  • Implant

Single implant replacing a lost molar

After extraction and healing, an implant and custom crown closed the gap, preserving bone and stopping the neighbouring teeth from drifting.

    Staged over four months

  • Orthodontic

    Clear aligners for adult crowding

Lower-arch crowding corrected with Invisalign for a patient commuting from Orillia, with a check-in every six to eight weeks.

    Eleven months

  • Children’s

    A four-year-old’s first cleaning

Counting teeth, a gentle polish, fluoride varnish and sealants on the new molars. The follow-up was booked without a fuss.
