East View Dental is a full-service family practice. Cleanings, crowns, whitening, implants and children’s visits all happen in one building, with the reasoning written down before anything starts.
We are a diverse team looking after a diverse city. Some patients come in every six months and have never needed a filling. Others have not seen a dentist in a decade and would rather not be reminded of it. Both are welcome here, and neither gets a lecture.
Your first appointment is a full examination: digital X-rays, a look at the gums, photographs where they help, and a conversation about what is urgent, what can wait and what is entirely optional.
More about the practiceStarting fees for every treatment are published on the services page.

Rebuilding worn, cracked or missing teeth so chewing and speaking feel normal again.
Changes to how a smile looks, planned around your features rather than a template.
Short, unhurried visits that let children get used to the chair before anything happens in it.
Six things we are told make the difference, in no particular order.
General, restorative, cosmetic and children’s care happen here, with the same team holding your history.
Digital X-rays and an intraoral camera go straight to the screen beside the chair, in plain language.
Every plan arrives as a printed list of procedures, fees and the portion your insurance is likely to cover.
Longer appointments, nitrous oxide, oral sedation and an agreed stop signal before we begin.
Where the schedule allows we put a household in consecutive chairs so one trip covers everyone.
We file electronically with most Canadian carriers, including the Canadian Dental Care Plan.
Three notes from people who let us share them.
I have real anxiety about the dentist and the team here made it painless. They explained every step of my crown before starting and checked in the whole time.
Our two kids actually look forward to their cleanings. The hygienists are patient and great at teaching them how to brush properly.
I finished Invisalign last spring and my smile is completely different. Clear pricing, evening appointments, and they handled the insurance paperwork.
The office is in Barrie with free parking and a ground-floor entrance. Plenty of families drive down from Orillia or across from Angus, so we try to group a household’s appointments into a single trip.
